While Advantage Realty Partners, LLC is a new company to the Tiftarea Market, we are not new to Real Estate and South Georgia. Owners Melissa Brock and Julie Smith are multi-million dollar producers who have chosen to create a company that places a high emphasis on customer service and assures that the people involved in the real estate transaction are taken care of.
We have solid training programs and encourage our sales professionals to be involved in our community, the local Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Through community involvement, seeking NAR designations, and in-house training on a regular basis, we feel our associates will be armed with the latest information that will benefit our clients and customers.
